How to Feel is a dramatic comedy exploring the complexities of relationships and the emotional lives of young adults in contemporary Canada. Sam is a melancholic twenty-something whose best friends Jamie and Phoebe form the brunt of his social world - along with his therapist Johnathan. Together, against an uncertain future, Sam and his friends do their best to navigate love, childhood trauma, late capitalism, and friendship.
